P. Burgos offers the same thing Angeles City offers. It’s just more expensive. The hotels are better because it’s in Manila. It’s got better everything, so it’s kind of what Angeles City lacks: better restaurants, more malls, more things to do.
They both have airports. I actually like the Clark Airport in Angeles better, just because it’s not busy like Manila. And of course, Manila has more traffic.
I don’t mess with the bars there, man. When I went in the bars, I felt like an ATM. Anywhere you go in the world, when you walk into a business, they look at you as a customer. You go into a restaurant, but you don’t feel it. You just order some food. Here, when I go in, I feel like they’re trying to get my money. It’s a business, but you can feel it, like they’re trying to squeeze every penny out of you.
P. Burgos has the same thing: you’ve got to be careful, because you can be taken advantage of. By whom? Who knows? It could just be your lucky night and you could be taken advantage of. I’m not saying they’re looking to take advantage of people, but it happens. So that’s another place where you have to use your street smarts, if you have them. I’m not saying your life is in danger, but your wallet is.
